Hey there, friend! I'm the Adenium Plant, your beautiful and resilient desert rose that brings exotic beauty and vibrant colors to your home and garden. You might also know me by my common name — Desert Rose. Sounds enchanting, right?

I'm a stunning succulent plant known for my thick, swollen caudex (trunk) and magnificent trumpet-shaped flowers.People love growing me in rock gardens, patios, and as bonsai because I'm drought-tolerant and bloom profusely.I add a touch of exotic elegance to any space — whether indoors or outdoors!

I originally come from the arid regions of Africa and the Middle East, where I've adapted to thrive in hot, dry conditions.

Water me thoroughly when the soil is completely dry — usually every 7-10 days in summer. In winter, I need very little water — sometimes just once a month.I store water in my caudex, so overwatering can harm me more than underwatering!

I love full sunlight for 6-8 hours daily. The more sun I get, the more flowers I produce!I can tolerate some shade, but I might not flower as well.

I thrive in warm temperatures between 20°C and 35°C.I'm sensitive to cold and need protection when temperatures drop below 10°C.

Choose a pot with excellent drainage — I hate wet feet!Use very well-draining soil mix (cactus mix with extra perlite/sand)Plant me with my caudex slightly above soil levelWater lightly after planting, then wait until soil driesPlace me in the sunniest spot availableRepot every 2-3 years during the growing season

Feed me with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer (NPK 20:20:20) every 2-3 weeks during growing season.Use a low-nitrogen fertilizer to encourage flowering.Stop fertilizing during winter when I'm resting.

Scientific Name: Adenium obesumCommon Names: Desert Rose, Impala Lily, Sabi StarPlant Family: ApocynaceaePlant Type: Outdoor & Indoor (in bright light)

I'm toxic to cats, dogs, and humans if ingested due to my milky sap. Please handle me with care and keep me away from pets and children.

While I'm mainly grown for my beauty, I do help improve air quality by converting carbon dioxide to oxygen, especially during the day!
